The house, recently renovated and fully distributed on a single floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living-dining room and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach. If you want your holidays to be peaceful and unforgettable, \"House Ran de Mar\" is your home. Come and relax and enjoy with your friends and family. \"House Ran de Mar\" is located in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most of the neighbours are people living in Mallorca who spend their holidays with their family. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with the family. And the historic centre of Alcudia is 2 km away, known for its walls. Playa de Muro is 3 km away... You can also visit the Formentor beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The town of Alcudia is known for its spectacular wall and a traditional market where you can buy fruits and vegetables.
