"House Ran de Mar" is located in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most neighbours are residents of Mallorca who spend their holidays with their family. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with family. And the historic centre of Alcudia is located 2 km away, known for its walls. Muro Beach is 3 km away... You can also visit Formentor Beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The city of Alcudia is known for its spectacular wall and a traditional market where you can buy fruits and vegetables.

Our property "Bell Punt" is located in Alcanada, 2 km from Alcudia. The exteriors of this wonderful house are very beautiful. Several terraces are furnished and decorated especially to make you enjoy your time on them, whether having breakfast with sea views, preparing delicious barbecues, sunbathing or reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best part is that in front of them they have a wide garden area that leads directly to the sea. Right here they can swim next to the boats if they feel like it, although the stone beach is located just 250 metres or a couple of minutes walking.
The house has two floors. On the main floor they find a spacious living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with Satellite TV, DVD and sea views. Next, the kitchen invites cooking on gas hobs. There are two bathrooms with bathtub in the house, one on each floor. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double bed and one with two single beds. A cot, a high chair and 3 fans are available.
Aucanada is a very quiet and family-friendly coastal development, as the people who visit are usually local. They can find a small park for the youngest family members a few metres from the house, a small supermarket, restaurant and a golf course. Its beach is wonderful if you are looking to be calm and access the sea in just a few steps. On the islet in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse.
