"Finca Alzina" está situada en el campo, entre Inca y Selva, y es el alojamiento ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes con la familia o los amigos. Esta casa de 240 m² tiene capacidad para alojar a 8 personas, ya que consta de un salón, una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, 4 dormitorios (3 con aire acondicionado) y 3 baños. Entre los servicios adicionales se incluyen Wi-Fi, ventiladores, aire acondicionado en la cocina y en el salón, una cuna y una trona. Desde el balcón, así como desde la planta baja, hay una vista impresionante del paisaje y de las montañas. La espaciosa zona exterior privada se abre a un jardín con terrazas cubiertas donde podrás desayunar y o disfrutar de una cena preparada en la barbacoa con una copa de vino. Además, la piscina de agua salada de medidas 13x3,5 con una profundidad mínima de 0,90 y una profundidad máxima de 1,75 te invita a nadar antes de tomar el sol en las tumbonas. El pueblo de Inca está a sólo 5 minutos en coche (2,1 km) de la propiedad, y allí encontrarás todo tipo de tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías, mientras que la playa más cercana, Playa de Muro, está a 25 minutos conduciendo (25 km), cerca de Can Picafort. La animada capital de Mallorca, Palma, así como el aeropuerto, se encuentran a 35 minutos.
La propiedad está en una zona tranquila, sin ruidos para poder descansar en la que asomarse a las ventanas es ver un paisaje idílico. Al estar a sólo 2 km de Inca, tienes todas las comodidades y servicios que necesitas. A sólo 25 km se encuentra el parque acuático de Alcudia para poder pasar un dia en familia y amigos. También en Alcudia está el mercado de los domingos y podrá visitar el casco antiguo romano muy conocido. Cerca de la propiedad, a tan solo 15 km se encuentra la " Serra de Tramuntana ", para poder disfrutar de rutas de senderismo por las montañas del patrimonio de la humanidad " Unesco ".
No está incluido en el precio la electricidad, se cobrará por consumo a 0,40€/kw.

A beautiful villa situated in a quiet location. This is a very nice villa, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and good showers. The garden and pool areas are lovely. It was a great space for our family of 5 inc 3 teenagers. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The lanes to the villa are very narrow and winding, which is worth knowing ahead. You are 15 minutes drive from shops and restaurants, a car is essential. The kitchen needs some more cookware. Electricity is extra, which is unusual but it was not much for a week (we didn’t use the a/c). The villa is 30 mins from the closest beaches. Would recommend for a quiet holiday away from it all.

As good as the pictures promised. A beautiful finca with stunning views across to the mountains. Well appointed with a great pool (unheated but 19C and just about swimmable in early April). Private and secluded we had total privacy. The road to the fver más
As good as the pictures promised. A beautiful finca with stunning views across to the mountains. Well appointed with a great pool (unheated but 19C and just about swimmable in early April). Private and secluded we had total privacy. The road to the finca is narrow and winding (even by Mallorca standards) but convenient for access to Inca - about a half hour walk. Like a lot of people in April, I was on a cycling holiday and the finca is right on an established cycle route from selva to Inca. Half an hour ride to the mountain climbs on quiet roads. A nice kitchen, the supplied utensils were a bit hit and miss but adequate. We were welcomed by the host with some coffee, Mallorcan cake and sparkling wine which was a lovely touch. You will need to bring your own cooking condiments (oil,salt,pepper etc)and shampoo. Washing up liquid, hand soap etc was supplied as promised. If it matters to you wifi was speedy (although everywhere we went in mallorca had 5g mobile signal in any case).

Die Finca liegt in einem schönen Grundstück mit tollem Blick auf die Berge, genau das Richtige für Ruhesuchende. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und wertig, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht und mehr . Besonders gefallen hat uns, wir waren 3 Paare , dass es für jeden ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gab und das jedes Paar sein eignes Bad hatte, perfekt auch die Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terrassen und der Pool. Die Gastgeber waren reizende Leute , bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Sekt, Ensaimada und diverse andere Sachen für ein erstes Frühstück vor, nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Die Kommunikation mit Sweet Homes Mallorca Rentals war einwandfrei, bei Fragen gab es ganz schnell Hilfe. Wenn man eine schöne und zweckmäßige Finca sucht und nicht direkt ans Meer möchte, ist man hier bestens aufgehoben, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The name on the gate did not match the name on Booking.com. Booking.com showed Finca Alzina 454 and the gate showed S'alcinar. Would make finding the property much easier if these matched!
