The property is located on the outskirts of the small village of Selva in the centre of the island and you can quickly reach everything by car. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are available for the maximum comfort and relaxation of guests after a pleasant walk or hike in the incredible and beautiful Tramuntana mountains. The property has air conditioning in all rooms and in the living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 shower bathrooms, a barbecue and a private pool.

Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday on an estate near the typical Mallorcan village of "Selva". The village has around 3,500 inhabitants and is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, about 5 km north of the village of "Inca" and northwest of the island's capital "Palma de Mallorca". The village is built on a hill and next to the church there is a path with steps that leads up the mountain from where you can enjoy a wonderful view. There are several cafes and restaurants around the market. The village invites you to stroll peacefully, away from tourism and hustle and bustle. The very contemplative, typically Mallorcan village in the northwest of Mallorca shows itself, like the island of Mallorca itself, in many facets, surrounded by an extensive landscape and the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana and inspires each of the holidaymakers.
