The beautiful exteriors of the house are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, you will find a sunbathing area where you can tan by the pool (with the option to heat the water a few degrees during the coldest months) and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds and the other bedroom with a single bed, living room, satellite TV, WiFi (high-speed fibre), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and 3 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 2 with shower. In their free time, they can enjoy a ping pong table and a billiards table with their friends or family. Free parking on the street.
The property is located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, which is perfect for those who want to combine relaxation with leisure. Near the villa, you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, everything necessary to enjoy wonderful holidays. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia beach, with white sand and crystal-clear waters, just a few minutes walking from our property. A few kilometres away is the town of Alcudia, whose wall and old town are ideal for getting lost in its streets.

Amazing visit with my whole family & sister and her family. Totally 9 people and we all had our own privacy because the house is much bigger than you think. Spent a lot of time at the pool. Very good host.

Duży, czysty dom z zapleczem do wypoczynku, basen, grill, tenis, bilard, leżaki. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Jedna łazienka z wyjściem na ogród i basen. Bardzo cicha okolica, ale blisko do sklepów i barów. Sympatyczny i pomocny Gospodarz. Basen i obejście czyste i zadbane. Serdecznie polecam!
