This beautiful Villa with a stone facade, typical Mallorcan style, has a private salt water pool, with dimensions of 4.5 m x 2 m and a depth of 1.60 m. The views of this area are impressive. Around the pool, there are 6 sun loungers to rest and enjoy the sun. The property has two furnished porches, inviting you to enjoy evenings with your family and/or friends. The house also has a terrace with a ping pong table. This beautiful estate is fenced and has no direct neighbours. The rooms are distributed on a single floor and 242 m2. Upon entering, a cosy kitchen-living-dining room awaits you. In the kitchen area, with a glass hob, it has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. In the living-dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, you can watch satellite TV, rest, or especially in winter, enjoy the warmth of the wood stove. The house has three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. This beautiful house has two bathrooms. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Weg zur Villa ist durch einen Privatweg über Serpentinen zu erreichen, was auf der Lagekarte bereits ersichtlich ist. Die Hofeinfahrt ist etwas holprig und steil aber mit einem see more

Die Hofeinfahrt ist etwas holprig und steil aber mit einem Mittelklasse SUV machbar. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die Esel haben uns immer freudig begrüßt. Mit warmen Wasser hatten wir überhaupt kein Problem, jedoch ist 2x der Strom ausgefallen, was für uns auch nicht schlimm war, da wir die Meiste Zeit die Insel erkundet haben. Nach Mitteilung an Villafy bezüglich des Stroms wurde sofort der Hausbesitzer benachrichtigt, welcher das Problem umgehend behoben hat.

We hebben erg genoten van de rust en de mooie locatie. Huis was goed verzorgd en mooi ingericht. Wat lastiger waren alle trappetjes om en in het huis. Daarmee is het niet zo geschikt voor wie slecht ter been is. Dat mag wel vermeld worden. Bij problesee more
We hebben erg genoten van de rust en de mooie locatie. Huis was goed verzorgd en mooi ingericht. Wat lastiger waren alle trappetjes om en in het huis. Daarmee is het niet zo geschikt voor wie slecht ter been is. Dat mag wel vermeld worden. Bij problemen met de wifi en koud water in de douche, was de eigenaar zeer snel ter plaatse. Het zwembad zou met een leuning naast het trappetje ook begaanbaar te maken zijn. Heerlijke veranda's voor overdag en voor 's avonds.
