Description
Villa Nana: Oasis of Design and Privacy in Mal Pas, Bonaire. Welcome to Villa Nana! The perfect retreat in Mallorca for those seeking design, comfort and absolute privacy. Our property has been recently renovated and furnished with great taste, making it the ideal setting to enjoy with family or friends. We want to emphasise that the house is for the exclusive and complete use of our guests only, so you will not share any rooms or outdoor areas with anyone; the house, pool and garden are entirely private, just for you. Villa Nana has 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst the other two offer 2 single beds each. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), air conditioning and heating throughout the property, a barbecue area and a large garden with an outdoor pool just a few metres from the beach. For your convenience, we have a private garage where you can park your car, as well as free street parking. Because we are located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area of Mal Pas, groups of people under 30 years old are not permitted, as we seek to maintain the peaceful and respectful atmosphere of the surroundings.

Family villa with private pool located in a residential area in Mal Pas, two minutes from the sandy beach. The house has a spacious and modern kitchen next to the dining room and a living room where you can relax. There are also three double bedrooms fully equipped, one of them with a double bed and bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The house has a pool where you can relax or play with the children.
It is located in Mal Pas-Bonaire, 2 minutes from the small and intimate Manresa beach and 5 minutes from Victoria beach, a lovely pebble beach. The location of the house allows you to enjoy both the small and intimate beaches mentioned above and the beach of the long and lively seafront promenade of Puerto de Alcudia, as it is only 4 km away. In addition, you can visit the historic centre of the town of Alcudia where there are beautiful walls. In Alcudia you can find a large number of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, kiosks, hairdressers, hardware stores, shops, etc.

The house is just like the photos. We travelled with an infant and they provided a crib and high chair. The host was extremely responsive. The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. Overall, highly recommend. We would stay here again!
