Description
A large chlorine swimming pool of 10 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep invites you to cool off. It is surrounded by a large grassed area. There are 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. You can play a game of billiards or tennis as, behind a beautiful wall next to the pool, a court awaits you. There are even rackets and balls. There is an outdoor bathroom with shower. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a beautiful kitchen-living room-dining room with A/C, designed so you can watch a film on satellite TV or DVD whilst cooking and setting the table. To prepare your best recipes, you have a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and much more. This room is completed with A/C and fireplace to regulate the atmosphere depending on the season you stay. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At this level, you have two bathrooms with bathtub and three bedrooms with wardrobe and access to the garden, two with fan. One of them has two single beds and the others have a double bed. Going up the stairs, you access two more rooms, both with double bed, wardrobe, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The property is located about 500m from the town centre of Lloseta, an inland village, known for its mythical pastry called Cardenal. Here you will find a supermarket, small grocery shops, train station and some bars. A couple of kilometres away you reach the city of Inca, ideal for shopping, eating at a good traditional food restaurant or visiting the Thursday market. The Tramuntana Mountains offer you charming trails such as els Tossals Verds, Cúber or Biniaraix. If you prefer to drive to unique villages, you can visit Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, about 29 km away and which belongs to Alcudia Bay, an extensive white sand beach with crystal-clear waters.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und die Bilder entsprachen der Realität. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der Aussenbereich und der Pool gefallen. Die Liegen und der Tennisbereich sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, haben ihren Zweck dennoch erfüllt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

We had a very nice vacation. The house was perfect for a big family. The best thing about the house was the outdoor area where we prepared and ate every meal. There were plenty of space and the pool and tennis court / basketball court was great.

We stayed in Lloseta as a family group and had a great time. All bedrooms had a/c which was great and definitely needed, the pool was clean and provided lots of fun and the tennis court was a great addition for another way to spend the time. The outdoor kitchen / dining area and loungers are all very well positioned by the pool so we felt connected as a group whether some people we eating, relaxingin the pool. We had a couple of issues with electricity which were solved quickly by Albert who arranged for someone to come and assist us.
