Welcome to this beautiful estate with 2 buildings, located in the rural environment of Inca. It has magnificent views of the countryside and can accommodate 8 people.
The outdoor areas of this property are dreamlike. It has a 50 m2 salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. This pool has an integrated jacuzzi and an area with a water jet, thanks to which you can relax and disconnect from the daily routine and stress. In the surroundings there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 sun loungers where you can rest and sunbathe. In the outdoor area you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has 2 buildings, the main one and the one by the pool. In the main one you can enjoy a fantastic furnished porch of 10 x 5 m where you can share unforgettable outdoor evenings with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large 60 m2 terrace where the little ones of the house can play safely, although always under the supervision of an adult. The fixed barbecue of the property is in the building located in the pool area.
The most important thing in this area is the good communication with the different places on the island. Just 30 km away you will find the best white sand beaches in the north, Alcudia beach, Muro beach, Formentor beach. Also 35 km away are some of the best rocky coves such as Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and if you like hiking, you will find the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
You can also travel with the family, just 25 km away are the water parks of Alcudia, where you can spend a fantastic and fun day.
In winter, the use of heating is not included in the price. (£25/day)

Our Villa Can gual Family Suite property is ideal for enjoying your holidays with family and friends. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 on each floor. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m, a dressing room and a \'bull\'s eye\', which can be covered so that the sun does not bother in the morning. The second bedroom, also very spacious, has two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house. One of them has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m. Villa Can Mateu is located 2 km from Inca and 2 km from Binissalem. This spacious house has over 400 m2 divided into 2 floors. The house has been carefully furnished. Around 2000 m2 of garden is the key feature of this property, where there is a large 14x7 m swimming pool, fruit trees, olive trees, palm trees... The house has a barbecue so you can enjoy your meals with family and friends. There is also a ping pong table for the children to play. The ground floor has a living room with a panoramic TV where you can enjoy family movies. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a toilet. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, also with a heat pump. A large balcony where you can observe the pool and garden and in the background spectacular views towards the mountains of Mallorca. 5 minutes by car you can do all your shopping in any supermarket, you can go to restaurants in the nearest villages and in 20 minutes you can go to some beaches in the northern part of the island such as Playa de Alcudia, Playa de Muro... The location of this property is perfect to be able to go all over the island in a few minutes. It is the perfect house for your holidays. Nice spot. Good value for money. Lovely pool and beautiful garden. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise as there are a lot of guard dogs left out at night in the vicinity.
