Welcome to this beautiful estate with 2 buildings, located in the rural environment of Inca. It has magnificent views of the countryside and can accommodate 8 people.
The outdoor areas of this property are dreamlike. It has a 50 m2 salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. This pool has an integrated jacuzzi and an area with a water jet, thanks to which you can relax and disconnect from the daily routine and stress. In the surroundings there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 sun loungers where you can rest and sunbathe. In the outdoor area you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has 2 buildings, the main one and the one by the pool. In the main one you can enjoy a fantastic furnished porch of 10 x 5 m where you can share unforgettable outdoor evenings with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large 60 m2 terrace where the little ones of the house can play safely, although always under the supervision of an adult. The fixed barbecue of the property is in the building located in the pool area.
The most important thing in this area is the good communication with the different places on the island. Just 30 km away you will find the best white sand beaches in the north, Alcudia beach, Muro beach, Formentor beach. Also 35 km away are some of the best rocky coves such as Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and if you like hiking, you will find the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
You can also travel with the family, just 25 km away are the water parks of Alcudia, where you can spend a fantastic and fun day.
In winter, the use of heating is not included in the price. (£25/day)

Our Villa Can gual Family Suite property is ideal for enjoying your holidays with family and friends. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 on each floor. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m, a dressing room and a \'bull\'s eye\', which can be covered so that the sun does not bother in the morning. The second bedroom, also very spacious, has two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house. One of them has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m. The other room has two single beds. The living-dining room offers a large table for up to 16 people and also two comfortable sofas. In addition, there is another living room with a fireplace and satellite TV and a dining room next to the kitchen with direct access to the garden, both independent. The kitchen has a gas stove. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub, one on each floor. The ground floor terrace with a porch has two tables and up to 14 chairs. There is a barbecue that invites you to have a good roast. There are 6 hammocks and 2 umbrellas with 3 armchairs for you to sunbathe. The spectacular pool of more than 30m2 has water jets and benches. Part of the pool has a depth of only 0.45 for children. Nice spot. Good value for money. Lovely pool and beautiful garden. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise as there are a lot of guard dogs left out at night in the vicinity.
