Just 20 km from the best beaches in the north area (Muro beach, Formentor, Alcudia, Pto. Pollensa). Sa Calobra is 35 km away, one of the best coves in Mallorca next to the Tramuntana Mountain Range.

Arnau de eigenaar wachtte ons op bij aankomst, hij is erg vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam! Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, het fijne zwembad en de ruime tuin sluiten daarbij aan! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Énig minpuntje, de topper op het bed in de master bedroom is iets dun en rolt op...

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Gruppe von bis zu 6 Leuten. Man hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr!

Das einzige was man beachten muss ist die Lage. Inca ist eine schöne Kleinstadt, jedoch ist vor Ort nicht viel los und man muss immer mit dem Auto fahren um etwas zu erleben. Oder man bleibt mal ein Tag im Haus am Pool :-)

Luxurious Haus! Großer Pool

Das Haus ist perfekt für 6 Personen. Das 4. Schlafzimmer ist kein separates Zimmer (ein Bett) und ohne Tür. 3 Badezimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Komfortables Wohnzimmer. Internet ist einfach klasse - wir.konnten problemlos arbeiten. Alles sauber. Waschmaschine/ Trockner. Pool ist großartig sowie Tischtennis und Außenterrasse. Genug Handtücher für den Pool. Es gibt auch 2 kleine Schildkröten im Garten. Sehr netter Besitzer Arnau. Die Kommunikation sowie Check in/ -out hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Danke! Inca liegt zentral. Man braucht aber ein Auto für allerlei Ausflüge - 15-45 min um alles zu erreichen (Berge, Strand…) Cafés zum Frühstücken und Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Gute Restaurants mit dem Auto. Wir hatten im Haus sehr gute erholsame Woche verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Eigentlich Nichts… nur eine Espresso-Maschine wäre vom Vorteil. Da wir keinen Filterkaffee mögen, haben wir Espresso in mehreren Cafés in der Nähe getrunken. Auch ein richtiger Grill mit Zubehör hätte gepasst.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus, direkt vom Eigentümer vermietet. Ruhige Lage zwischen mehreren Stadtvillen, Parkplatz vorm Haus jederzeit verfügbar. Großzügiger Grundriss mit sehr viel Platz. Ideal für Familie mit mehreren Kindern (wir waren mit drei Teenagern da). Offene Küche, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, Terasse, wunderschöner Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Tischtennisplatte. Optimal für gemeinsamen Familienurlaub! Mit drei Bädern und vier Schlafzimmern/Schlafmöglichkeiten haben bei Bedarf trotzdem alle einen eigenen Rückzugsbereich. Seperates Elternschlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Wannenbad. Super schneller WLAN-Anschluss! Zentrale Lage, in ca. 20-40 Minuten ist mit dem Auto nahezu jedes Ziel auf der Insel erreichbar. Bereits vor der Anreise und während des gesamten Aufenthalts war der Vermieter telefonisch und per WhatsApp jederzeit ereichbar. So konnten CheckIn/Checkout und sonstige organisatorische Dinge jederzeit kurzfristig und unkompliziert geklärt werden. Nicht nur Vermieter, sondern Gastgeber! Danke Arnau!
