Villa Martina is located in Can Picafort. This spacious house has more than 180 m2 divided into 2 floors. The house has been carefully furnished. Around 800 metres of terrace and garden form the core of this property, where there is an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The house has a barbecue so you can enjoy meals with family and friends.
This villa stands out for its location, 50 metres from one of the best white sand beaches in the north of the island.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a panoramic TV where you can enjoy your family movies. We also have a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. They also have a toilet. There are three double bedrooms on the upper floor. Also a full bathroom. A large balcony with views of the pool and garden.
In Can Picafort you can do all your shopping in any supermarket and go to the restaurants in the area. In just a few minutes by car you can also reach the nearest beaches such as Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia...
It is the perfect house for your holidays.

Die Lage ...alles schnell erreichbar , Strand, Promenade , Geschäfte alles auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar ! Super toller Pool Wassertief 2.32 viel Platz eine sehr schöne Finca..... Es hat alles gut geklappt mit der SchlüsselÜbergabe , schön auch das msee more

Es hat alles gut geklappt mit der SchlüsselÜbergabe , schön auch das man alles per WhatsApp klären konnte, wenn Fragen waren !! Und man bekam eine Auflistung von Restaurants in der Nähe ... Danke war eine schöne Sonnige Zeit Der Nachbars Hund hat Nachts oft und viel gebellt , das ist ein kleiner Minus Punkt
