The house has a pool where you can relax or play with the children. It is located in Mal Pas-Bonaire, 2 minutes from the small and intimate Manresa beach and 5 minutes from the Victoria beach, a delight of a rocky beach. The location of the house allows you to enjoy both the small and intimate beaches mentioned above and the long and lively promenade beach of the Port of Alcúdia, as it is only 4 km away. In addition, you can visit the historic centre of the town of Alcúdia where there are beautiful walls. It is situated in a quiet and isolated area, which is well-connected due to its proximity to the town of Alcudia. It is capable of accommodating 8 guests and 2 babies, with 4 double rooms and 3 complete bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 rooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two more rooms and a bathroom. Outside, you will find a covered barbecue area, with a table to enjoy meals and relax, with direct access to the chlorine pool with an outdoor hot water shower and jacuzzi. It has a ping pong table. There is enough space to park 3 cars. Chlorine pool. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Management expenses: €80.00 to be paid at the destination. A crib and a high chair are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week only for stays of 14 nights or more. All extras will be paid at the destination.
