Villa Vertent is located very close to Alcudia. From the property, you can enjoy incredible views of the mountain and the sea. It is located in a quiet and isolated area, which in turn is well-connected due to its proximity to the town of Alcudia.
It is able to accommodate 8 guests and 2 babies, in 4 double rooms with 3 full bathrooms.
On the ground floor we find 2 rooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom.
On the upper floor we find two other rooms and a bathroom.
Outside we will find a covered barbecue area, with a table to enjoy food and relax, with direct access to the chlorine pool with an outdoor shower with hot water and jacuzzi.
It has a ping pong table.
It has enough space to park 3 cars.
Chlorine pool.
Air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the bedrooms.
Management expenses: £80.00 to be paid at destination.
A cot and a high chair are included in the price.
Bed linen and towels changed once a week only for stays of 14 nights or more.

Fantastisch verblijf. Dikke aanrader. Heerlijk huis in het noord oosten van het eiland. Het is het rustige maar mooie gedeelte van het eiland in mijn persoonlijke opinie. Alles is binnen 5-10 minuten taxi bereikbaar. Accommodatie heeft alles wat je wsee more
