Description
Our House Can Toni property is located in an unbeatable location, just 100 metres from one of Mallorca's best white sandy beaches, Playa de Alcudia. On this beach you can take long walks and play with the children. House Can Toni has just been renovated and has all new furniture. The house offers a large terrace to enjoy with the children and have barbecues. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and one with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 large living room with TV with satellite channels and an XL sofa. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook as at home.
If you want to relax on your holidays and feel at home, House Can Toni is your home.
Its good location just 150 metres from the beach and tranquility will make you have a wonderful family or friends holiday, 45 minutes from Palma airport, just 4 km from the s'Albufera nature reserve, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. nearby, without the need to rent a car. Free parking on the same street.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival (€2 per person per night)
No parties or events allowed.

Stayed here with friends for the triathlon and location cannot be beat for that. Easy access to the bus as well for trips along the cost / to Palma / the airport. The place itself was spacious and had what we needed for our few days.

Beautiful place with lots of space for bigger groupsfamilies. The beach is so close and breathtaking, that coming back seems inevitable (but only in off-season!).

Good and easy communication with the company and owner. The location is great, very close to the beach (1 minut walking). About 1km to the center with a lot of restaurants and a nice 15 minutes walk along the beach (paved lane). A supermarket and allsee more

About 1km to the center with a lot of restaurants and a nice 15 minutes walk along the beach (paved lane). A supermarket and all you need is direct around the corner. The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is not attached to the house and accessible though the garden. No problem for us, but it's good the know. The main bed is very soft (you roll to the middle) and squicking, this was a small minus for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this house for sure.

Really big property, very comfortable, clean and only a 2 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is detached, but very well equipped and has a large dining area as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like a safe area. Loved staying here- would defisee more

Vi er en barnefamilie med 3 barn så dette steder passet ypperlig for oss😊 Kort avstand til stranden, lekeplasser, havnen, Eroski (dagligvare) og restauranter. Leiligheten er praktisk med ett stort inngjerdet utearealet som var fint for de små.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Moderne Unterkunft 2 Min vom Strand von Alcudia entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Im Hof wäre vielleicht eine Lounge gut gewesen. Sie hatten sogar für Mückenabwehr gesorgt im Haus! Tolle Lage, tolle Unterkunft. Leicht zu parken mit Auto.

Stayed here with the family, 2 adults and 3 children. More than enough room. Weather was great so having an outdoor courtyard between the main house and the kitchen dinner was a lovely experience. The supermarket 30 yards away had everything we needed but the area has plenty of amenities and shops and to the beach within a 5 minute walk. Host was very responsive and helpful. All in all would recommend.
