Our property "Bell Punt" is located in Alcanada, 2 km from Alcudia. The exterior of this wonderful house is very beautiful. Several terraces are furnished and specially decorated to allow you to enjoy your time on them, whether having breakfast with sea views, preparing delicious barbecues, sunbathing or reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best part is that in front of them they have a large garden area that leads directly to the sea. Here you can even go for a swim next to the boats if you feel like it, although the rocky beach is only 250 meters or a couple of minutes\' walk away. The house has two floors. On the main floor you will find a large living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite TV, DVD and sea views. Next, the kitchen invites you to cook on the gas hobs. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs in the house, one on each floor. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. A cot, a highchair and 3 fans are available. Aucanada is a very quiet and family-friendly coastal development, as the people who visit it are usually locals. You can find a small park for the youngest members of the family just a few meters from the house, a small supermarket, a restaurant and a golf course. Its beach is wonderful if you are looking for calm and easy access to the sea. On the islet in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse. Our house \"House Ran de Mar\" is a modern, comfortable and cosy house facing the sea, located on the shore of the Pollensa Bay, in a quiet area just 10 minutes\' walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, the Roman ruins, walls, its craft market, as well as the wide Majorcan gastronomy of its bars and restaurants. The house, recently renovated and fully distributed on a single floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living-dining room and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach. If you want your holidays to be peaceful and unforgettable, \"House Ran de Mar\" is your home. Come and relax and enjoy with your friends and family. \"House Ran de Mar\" is located in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most of the neighbours are people living in Mallorca who spend their holidays with their family. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with the family. The beach in front of the house is very small but enough to play with a baby (be careful for the rocks under the water, quite sharp for little feats). We were using one bedroom (there are 4 of them - two with a king-size bed), and the bed was comfortable. In the kitchen, there's almost everything you would need - a coffee machine (also a moka pot but with no heating option for induction, so the only option is to place it into a dry pot), orange juicer, toaster and all the utensils. There is just a small thing to improve - upon our arrival, there were no trash bags, washing machine tabs, dishwasher tabs, etc. nevertheless, we get it the very next day after information to Monse (property manager) - it would be also great to have upon arrival some coffee/tea, salt sugar, cooking oil, just for a good start :) Great place 👌

There is very little beach in front of the house, again not the very best but enough to relax in the afternoonto play with a child. However walking distancevery short car ride are amazing beaches. I really enjoyed location of this house as it was walking distance to an old town of Alcudia, where we ate few times (restaurant Merlet is a must!!!) also a short trip to an old town of Pollenca. Also Tuesday you should visit a market in Alcudia. OMG delicious products of Mallorca. We were at the end of april and it was just fantastic.

Wonderful stay in Alcudia. The location of the house is wonderful with lots of things to do near by. A nice local bar almost next door, some small sandy beaches for swimming within 5 minute walk, and the beautiful old town within 10 minutes walk. Thesee more

The beach in front of the house is not suitable for swimming due to the rocks. The house was comfortable, although the beds do make a lot of noise when moving around. The house is nothing fancy but a perfect holiday home for a relaxed time with family!

Wir durften mit 5 Erwachsenen ein paar Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbringen. Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig möbliert. Besonders gut hat uns die überdachte Terrasse gefallen. In der Küche hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass es ein paar Messer mehr gegeben hätte (5 Messer bei einer Wohnung, die für 7 Personen ausgelegt ist, ist schon etwas wenig) In der Beschreibung steht, dass das Notwendige(Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Müllbeutel etc ) vorhanden ist. Das war leider nicht so. Der Kontakt mit den freundlichen Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.
