Our house "House Ran de Mar" is a modern, comfortable and charming beachfront house, situated on the shores of Pollensa Bay, in a quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, Roman ruins, walls, its craft market, as well as the wide range of Majorcan gastronomy in its bars and restaurants. The house, recently renovated and entirely distributed on a single floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge-dining room with air conditioning throughout the house and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach.
If you want your holidays to be peaceful and unforgettable, "House Ran de Mar" is your house. Come to relax and enjoy with your friends and family.
"House Ran de Mar" is situated in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most of the neighbours are people residing in Mallorca who spend their holidays with their family. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with the family. And the historic centre of Alcudia is located 2 km away, known for its walls. Muro Beach is 3 km away... You can also visit Formentor Beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The town of Alcudia is known for its spectacular wall and a traditional market where you can buy fruit and vegetables.

Our property "Bell Punt" is situated in Alcanada, 2 km from Alcudia. The exterior of this wonderful house is very beautiful. Several terraces are furnished and decorated especially for you to enjoy your time on them, whether having breakfast with sea views, preparing exquisite barbecues, sunbathing or reading whilst feeling the sea breeze. And the best part is that in front of them you have a large landscaped area that leads you directly to the sea. Right here you can go for a swim next to the boats if you fancy it, although the pebble beach is only 250 metres or a couple of minutes' walk away.
The house has two storeys. On the main floor you will find a spacious lounge-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite TV, DVD and sea views. Next, the kitchen invites you to cook on the gas hob. There are two bathrooms with bathtub in the house, one on each floor. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. A cot, a high chair and 3 fans are available.
Alcanada is a very quiet and family-friendly coastal urbanisation, as the people who visit it tend to be local. You can find a small park for the little ones in the family just a few metres from the house, a small supermarket, restaurant and a golf course. Its beach is wonderful if you are looking to be in peace and access the sea in just a few steps. On the islet in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse.
