Description
Fantastic country house with private pool that can accommodate 6 people, in Pollença.
Take a refreshing dip in the 3.5 x 3.5 metre chlorine pool with a depth range of between 1 and 1.85 m. You can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or read a book under the parasol while the little ones play in the pool. You can also have a vermouth at the table set up next to the pool. The house also has a large, well-kept garden, full of corners to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Next to the house, the large porch with a ping pong table, dart board and petanque, where you can enjoy outdoor meals and dinners. It also includes a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs where you can have coffee after lunch. You will also find the barbecue area to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The 240 m2 house is distributed on a single floor. It has a very cosy and practical style, with all the amenities to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Upon entering, we find the rustic and country-style living-dining room, which will make you feel at home. You can watch the Smart TV with satellite channels or a DVD. The dining table seats 6 people. Next, the independent kitchen, which has a gas hob and various types of coffee makers (electric, Italian, Melitta), a dishwasher and an electric oven, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking on holiday. In this house you can rest in three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, low-consumption heaters and air conditioning. One has a double bed and TV, while the other two have two single beds. The house has a bathroom with a double shower and double sink, and another bathroom with a shower accessed from the outside of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and highchair are also available. Finally, the house has a laundry room equipped for bicycles where you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Heating is available in all rooms.
The house is located in Pollença, a beautiful village with a great history behind it. It has all the services for an independent stay. You can get lost in its alleys, visit the Calvary and mingle with the locals in the square, as well as enjoy the local cuisine in its magnificent restaurants. The nearest beach is the one in the port of Pollença, with fine sand and crystal clear waters, but you can also visit the nearby Cala Sant Vicent. It is also an ideal place for hikers and cycling enthusiasts. If you like golf, there is a course very close by, just 4 km away.

Great stay, good for group tripsfamily trips, lots of outdoor seating areas, games room and pool

The pool area was amazing and a huge BBQ area that made for nice group meals, the shower was big, 2 could shower at once and there's a bathroom outside the house with toilet and wet room facilities if needed.

The games room was great fun, including a ping pong table, darts board, and outdoor speaker. Lots of outdoor seating areas to relax, lovely garden areas, surrounded by countryside but only a short 15 min walk into town off pollensa, the town has lovely restaurants and shops, plenty to explore and is an old town. Also a short drive from port pollensa which also has more restaurants and bars with beach and harbour. 45 mins from Palma if driving which wasn't bad and made a good day out. |

Nothing, only thing to remember is to check the boiler was plugged in before showering as I had a cold shower on the first day but that was my quickly sorted by villa owner who text us to tell us how to sort
