This property only allows 2 adults with the option of one child, it does not allow 3 adults.
Our property, Sa Caseta, is located in a natural, very quiet environment and is only 2 kms from Moscari, 3 kms from Campanet and 5 kms from Inca. It has wonderful views towards the Tramuntana mountain range. The house is about 50 square metres, has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. It also has a large pool and barbecue exclusively for guests.
It should be noted that the owners live in the adjoining house a few metres from the property.
On the property there are 2 dogs that belong to the owners, although they pose no danger to the guests. The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests.
In the nearby towns you can find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival (€2 per person per night)

Francesca, Toni en de 2 honden hebben een prachtige plek en het goed voor elkaar, ze wonen ernaast. Het huisje heeft alles te bieden wat je nodig hebt. Zwembad is privé en in het huisje genoeg ruimte en een prachtig terras waar je heerlijk kunt vertoeven tot laat in de avond. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en komen hier zeker weer als we naar Mallorca gaan. liefs, marchel en tineke

Wir haben uns gleich vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Sehr gute Ausgangslage zum Wandern und Radfahren. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Ein idealer Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank.

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Pool und das tolle Grundstück haben uns völlig entspannen lassen. Die Familie vor Ort ist sehr nett und fragt immer, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wichtig zu wissen: ein Mietwagen ist unabkömmlich, da die Unterkunft auf dem Land ist. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
