Holiday home with private pool for 6 adults plus babies, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), air conditioning, heating.
Our "Finca Sa Tanqueta Rústica" offers a large garden with plenty of space to play. Children can have a great time on the football pitch. The highlight is, of course, the large pool (7.4 m x 4 m) with new sun loungers and pool towels. The rustic barbecue area is covered and equipped with its own outdoor kitchen.
The house has 2 parking spaces. The house has a space of about 200 m² and is divided into 2 levels, everything except the living room is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has space for a comfortable breakfast. From the living room you have a great view of the surroundings. The master bedroom with a large double bed has its own en suite bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, sharing the second bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. In short, it is a house to enjoy your family holidays.
Inca is the third largest city in Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. Whilst it is mainly a residential and industrial city, its famous market as well as wineries, attract numerous tourists. In Inca you can find restaurants serving typical Mallorcan food, especially its celleres which are old wine cellars, now converted into restaurants.
The greatest attraction of Inca, without a doubt, is its weekly market which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the largest markets on the island, filling the streets of the city centre with small stalls.
Just 25 minutes from Alcudia beach, and Pollensa beach located in the north of the island, and 25 minutes from Palma airport. It has just 1 km away supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, etc....

This accommodation is special because of its natural surroundings, surrounded by nature and tranquillity. The area where this house is located is spectacular, full of life and pleasure for being with family or friends. The house is lined with stone and maintains the Majorcan style. The house has all the amenities, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge lined with stone where you can observe the landscape and also the swimming pool and a kitchen with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms. A large garden where you can enjoy yourself with the children, keeping them under control at all times. You can also read a book under a tree listening only to the sound of the birds. The salt water swimming pool blends in with the surroundings and landscape of this property. In short, it is the house of your dreams...
The good location of this property means that in less than 30 minutes you are on the beaches of northern Mallorca, also 25 minutes from the capital Palma, as well as 5 minutes from the supermarkets in Inca. The area is in a spectacular scenic setting. Das Anwesen mit Pool, Außenküche mit Grill, Hühner und der eigene Obst und Gemüsegarten machen es nahezu unnötig das Gelände zu verlassen. Für unseren kleinen gab es diverse Spielsachen für den Pool aber auch um Stunden im schattigen Zimmer zu verbringen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber läuft Problemlos, Rückfragen wurden schnell beantwortet, ein Stromausfall aufgrund einer durch gebrannten Glühbirne wurde sogar spät Abends noch behoben. Und das alles stets mit einem Lächeln und freundlichem Auftreten ! Sogar die Frage nach guten Stränden wurde mit mehreren Vorschlägen beantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft voll und ganz empfehlen! |
