The apartment is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds. There is 1 large bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a living room with satellite TV, WiFi and an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea. On the terrace you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner while listening to the waves. You can also relax here by reading a book. Free street parking.

If you are looking for a relaxing apartment on the coast this is exactly the place for you. The view is STUNNING. It's located about a 20-minute walk from the old town and only a short taxi from all of the key areas to visit (Alcudia Port and Port De Pollenca). The beds are pretty comfy and the living areas are very spacious. Other things: check in and out was easy, the place was clean and the air conditioning does the job!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Rand von Alcudia direkt am Wasser mit Blick Richtung Westen auf die Bucht. Große sonnige Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick und mehreren verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schönes praktisches Bad, separates WC. Die Küche verfügte über alle Geräte, die man brauchen könnte: Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank. Auf der kleinen überdachten, schattigen, von der Küche zu begehenden Terrasse mit einem weiteren Esstisch befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind einfach aber bequem, Matratzen gut, Bettzeug und Bettwäsche waren angenehm und hygienisch. Im Wohnraum und im „großen“ Schlafzimmer gibt es je eine Klimaanlage, mit denen man auch heizen kann. Im Bad gab es einen kleinen Heizlüfter. Die Betreuung durch die Vermietungsagentur Sweet-Homes-Mallorca war sehr gut, freundlich, unproblematisch und hilfsbrereit.
